My 64-Bit Rig

This is the basic info of my rig :

AMD Sempron 2600+ (S754) + 64-Bit Enable
256MB DDR400
80GB SATA 2 Samsung HDD (50%:50%)

Currently am running Windows XP Pro x64 and was wondering whether I could
migrate to Vista.
