Windows Explorer on startup

Hello, could someone tell me how to have windows explorer open and open up
with nothing expanded excect for the Computer folder or the C: drive.
I have try several different methods but I can't get it to open the same way
twice. Sometimes it opens about 7-10 folder deep. Sometimes it open two
explorers if I
don't exit explorer before turning computer off and sometimes it only opens
one.
I am running Vista Home Premium SP1

This tutorial will show you how to. For what you are wanting, I believe
