how to get number of connected clients to file server

HI

Any body knows about how to get info that how many connected client to a specific file server using c#.net.

i honestly dont know what you are talking about, are you just talking about a normal windows server, with each connected machine(client)? and please specify your question more, also you might need a little code for us to help you out, (Posting Guidelines) but specify your question somemore and i will try my best to help you

Hi!

as in command prompt, there is a command that tells what are the connected clients to a specific share in the network.The command is "net sessions". So i want to get this information remotelly.

when http conection the server file,it closed the conecting when finished this time.so it is impossible to get the clents....any way,http 1.2 statu can be set alived.but you can get the number by server.you can set session and timeout....:P,good luck
