Obfuscation using Dotfuscator Community Edition

1
Hi,
Is there any documentation available about how to decide what to exclude so that Dotfuscator does not break my application?

I am using Dotfuscator Community Edition.
Platform / OS - Windows XP
Language - C#

Thanks in Advance.
