I want code for the below applicatin in dot net.

This application can search through your images collection and find duplicates not
only by file name or size, but also by visual similarity.

site of the above application is: http://www.codeplex.com/DupliFinder.

I want to code for the above same functionality.

This is a joke, right?

You do realize that that is Open Source software, and that it is written in C#, that c# is .NET, and that the source code is available for download from the page you linked, right?

What more do you want, us to compile it for you???

Also, we aren't your personal development staff. We will not do your work for you, and we will not hand you code. cloud255 is quite correct that you will not find that kind of help here.
