Ping in C#

I'm using the Ping Class to ping a location.If it is successful I copy a file across the network to the local machine and then delete it but if it isn't I move on.

The problem is that the connection is intermittent,so I might copy and delete one second but can only copy the next.

How can I get the Ping Class to run for a longer period?
How can i view the Ping Statistics from the Ping?

Here is the code:

I believe it only sends ONE ping request, unlike Ping in the command prompt which does a default of 4 itterations.
You can repeat the ping if you want more.
You can see the statistics in the PingReply object.
