URGENT: Transfering data from server to PC

Hi , i need your help to to write programme that will copy data from one location on server and send it to another pc that is not in LAN network with server (he is phyisically on other location) so i would really appreciate it if oyu could help me tnx in advance :)

uhm i would try to help you, to the best of my knowledge, but that would defy the posting rules about 'doing homework' for other members who ask questions and basically want us to do their project for them. but if you had some starting code i would try my best to help you out, but for now i can just suggest that you create a tcplistener and tcpclient on both sides, and there are plenty of tutorials on how to set one up and send data, and receive data on the other end, (method may be a little insecure). but idk if you post some code i can give you some more advice

Ok thank you i didnt know you are not allowed to write code for members . To be honest i have never used C# before thats why i asked for help but ill try to figure it out (: (i have just one problem time)

well ya, we cant write full source codes, or projects for members, but we can suggest a change in written code or a better code snippet, but like i said earlier i would recommend using tcpclient, and tcplistener with c sharp, its a little difficult, but i mean would u rather just copy all the files onto a portable usb drive, and put them on the other machine, but if your looking for a start, here's a website which gives examples on how to send/receive. it may be a little difficult if you arent familiar with the java, c sharp language.
