Posting Guidelines. More specifically, the part about
How to ask a Question, and try asking your question again. Most specifically, you at least need to explain what an "expert system" is, because I have no idea what you are talking about. But when you do, you should also understand that we are not going to design or code your program for you. We help you help yourself. So if you haven't made some kind of attempt, you aren't going to get the response you want.
Also, I noticed you posted the same question in C/C++. Which language do you want the help in?
