MSPS Project 2003 - Pink Icon

After creating a project plan we noticed the icon for it was "pink", none of
the others have this and now we notice we can't do Updates or edits to the
project. Does anyone have any ideas?

VS 2003 cannot handle PNG files properly if I remember correctly

This was fine in VS2005.

I noticed the "Pink" you are mentionioning when I was creating a Toolbar.

That could be the cause of your issues.
