You need to get the MSpress MCTS Training Kit for the MCTS certification
you're going to do, which will be in VB and C# that covers all the things
you didn't get from those 3 months of you doing the VB course. You have
another course to go through. The information in those books come right to
the point of what they are trying to teach, as they are teaching books
along with them being certification books too.

You need the Transcender test software, which is more in-line with the
testing material based on the test you be facing at a certified MS testing
site. If you can ace out on the various tests that the Transcender testing
material will toss at you and give you detailed information as to why an
answer to a question is the right answer while another answers to the
question are the wrong answers, then you might get through the MS
certification test with the least amount of effort.

I recently passed exam 70-536.

To prepare I read the MCTS 70-536 Training Kit book cover to cover and
re-read the sections on parts of the .Net framework I rarely use. I then
used the test exams on MeasureUp.com. I did every test question and redid
all the questions I missed several times. Make sure you read and understand
all the answer explanations.

I'm waiting to take the rest of the tests until the new .Net 3.5 versions
come out next month. The training kits and practice tests aren't available
for them yet.
