I've spent most of my down time consulting programmer friends and the web(I do this from time to time on issues that I want to know the answer to as well as take a break to refresh the mind from programming) and I can't find you anything. I found ways to remove one or the other but not both at the same time. I would figure there would be something in the actual Wizard setup itself but if you say there isn't I believe you. Good luck and I'll be whatching this for answers. If you find it post if for me.

I'm fairly certain that repair is a product of the new windows installer.
Maybe you could try and use an "older" version of something, before repair became an option in them?
