I want to run this exe from another windows application .net c# which is on client side. what path (http://.....) should I provide to my client-side application in order to access this exe which resides on server?

What does this windows exe/ are you trying to do? You are likely to run into permission problems. This appears to be a poor design.

Actually I want to build application using Smart client architecture in which the exe of my windows application will be put on server and that exe will be accessed from the client machine to download it and then run it from his own machine.
