Calling a javascript file into the code behind file

Hi All,
I'm a novice trying to create roles for my website. Accordingly there would be different access rights and navigation restrictions to the users. My menus have been designed in javascript and I need to call these menus according to roles provided to the logged in userid.
Please some help me and suggest me a better path or how to follow this path.

You are able to add javascript using the attributes add method. Another way is to use register client script. HTH.
