What is the difference between (Add module ) and (Add class)

Hello a,
What is the difference between (Add module ) and (Add class)
Both are code files.

A Module is like a Class in which all methods are Static/Shared

A Module's members can be accessed (assuming scope is not an issue) without
needing to instanciate the module.
