ASP.NET web applications need to be hosted on a web server. You need to make sure that IIS is installed on the machine you want to use as a host.
Start -> Run: inetmgr
will get you to the IIS program.

Since this is a pretty basic question, there is a wealth of information already available to you through google. Search "ASP.NET IIS" and you should get all the information you need.

Hello

if you want to access the application via LAN just make a virtual directory on your PC and place all the Application resources in that virtual directory ,make sure that your IIS is working properly ,thats all you can access your application from any PC connect to it .
