creating a listview in a form

hi,
this is samadh and im pretty new to vb.net i've got a doubt plz someone clear it.
what i exactly want is that i've created a form for login into the page and after login i want all the other forms of the project in listview bar. and when i click a particular item of the tool bar then the page should open dynamically with all the controls.
help me out
