XBAP and Windows Integrated Security to WCF service in IIS

Hello all. Been struggling with this. I have a WCF service in IIS using a
basicHttpBinding configured like this:

<binding name="basicBinding">
<security mode="TransportCredentialOnly">
<transport clientCredentialType="Windows"/>
</security>
</binding>

IIS is set up with Integrated Security, no anon.

I have an XBAP client app that's trying to talk to the service but fails
with a WebPermission. When I disable authentication all around, it works, so
it's not a site-of-origin issue. With auth enabled it does not.

Another interesting point is that if I port the code to a regular WPF
executable things work as expected. Is an XBAP unable to pass your network
creds (that would be crazy) or am I missing a magic setting somewhere??

Please help! Two devs have been struggling with this for some time now.
