Anyone used the Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT)?

It's the most complicated thing I've ever seen. All I want is to know if my
Windows app is misbehaving under Vista. A simple scrolling text window listing
the faults would suffice. What's with all the BS I have to go through to set it
up? I have all the docs and step-by-step guide and still I have no idea what I'm
supposed to do.
