Good candidate for XML/XSLT?

http://kowallekfamily.com/genealogy/.../desc-3817.htm

Is a page like this a good candidate for XML/XSLT? I want to rewrite the
VB program that generates this page in an attempt to separate the data
from the presentation. I think I can manage the XSD/XML portion of the
task, but am new to XSLT and am not sure if I can get a rendering that
looks similar to what my program currently does.

I am looking for a good XSLT book now.

TIA.
