Gacutil Question

I am trying to install a dll into the GAC. I have signed the project and
successfully installed my dll module into the GAC but Gacultil can't list it
or uninstall it. What is going on here. This has occurred in .Net 3.5 XP
SP3 abd 2003 SP2. I must be doing something wrong but I don't what it could
be. Thanks for your help.
