IE7 Blocking one specific URL only

Can Somebody Tell Me Why I Can No Longer Access A URL That I Have Been Using
For Quite A While Now?
When I try to go there absolutely nothing happens, I can go any where else I
want to but this one site.
I am using IE7 and also run RoboForm. I am trying to access this website -
www.viralurl.com. It is a URL cloaking site and I am a registered user. No
matter how I try to access it nothing happens.
I have been happily using it for sometime when suddenly 3 days ago it acts
as if it doesn't exist any more, I can open it and login in on another
computer, I have also downloaded Firefox and can access it through there
which is why I think it must be an IE problem??
Really hope somebody can help with this mystery.

This is off-topic; this is a .NET developers forum.

However, try disabling HTTP 1.1 and HTTP 1.1 through proxy-connections
in the Advanced tab of Internet Options.
