Disable stationary picker in Outlook 2003

Is there a way to disable the stationary picker in Outlook 2003, besides
removing all the options or setting the compose to HTML in Mail Format? I
have looked through group policy as well as try to remove it by reloading the
outlook CD again, but to no sucess. Please help.

First, you need to find a news group for Outlook. This is
a .NET programming group.

Here's how to locate an appropriate group through the web interface:

To find the group you need:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...D-2224A4FEB3EA

Select your language from the Tree View on the left, then scroll down to
Office and Desktop Applications. In Office and Desktop Applications, open
the category for
Outlook. There, select an appropriate group in which to post your question.
