Sql Connection Open Problem

Hello, all

i need ur help..

i want to coonect remote server

my connection string is:----(web.config)

<add key="connString" value="server=98.130.0.149;Initial Catalog=angels0_mrsbpl;User ID=angels0_mrsbplcontra;Password=mrs21;connect timeout=200;pooling=true;max pool size=200"/>

when i press on Login Button & when debugger came to cn.open
i got below error:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: SQL Server does not exist or access denied. at System.Data.SqlClient.ConnectionPool.GetConnection (Boolean& isInTransaction) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnectionPoolManager.Get PooledConnection(SqlConnectionString options, Boolean& isInTransaction) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.Open() at digitalcontract.WebForm1.btnlogin_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\digitalcontract\login.aspx.vb:l ine 96

my server side code's 96 line is
cn.Open()

can any body help me?

Don't you need a port for the connection?
Do you also have rights to access that machine?
