Starting new process c#

84
Hi,
I need to start a new process from c#. I am currently doing it as below
ProcessStartInfo psi = new ProcessStartInfo(@"appname");
psi.RedirectStandardOutput = true;
psi.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden;
psi.UseShellExecute = false;
System.Diagnostics.Process listFiles;
psi.Arguments = "test";
psi.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden;
listFiles = System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(psi);
psi.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden;
StreamReader myOutput = listFiles.StandardOutput;
while (!listFiles.HasExited){
listFiles.WaitForExit(2000);
}
string output = myOutput.ReadToEnd();
The problem with this is when the above is started a dos window comes up with focus. I would ideally like no dos window to be displayed! Can someone please help me with this?

ProcessStartInfo has a propery called .CreateNoWindow
Add this line:
psi.CreateNoWindow = true;

See if that helps?
