email links in mail

Hi,
NavigateUrl='<%# Eval("EmailId","mailto:{0}?Subject=Urgent!!&Body=D ear Candidate,%0Dpls visit www.yahoo.com%0D*Pls forward your details to xyz@yahoo.com")%>'

in the above code iam not getting links www.yahoo.com & xyz@yahoo.com in mail. how to get links for that
