Socket programming with C#

Hi, i want to use socket programming and connect to a host and get som information from it. But i have some problem about it. when i run my program and try to connet to a host (for example : www.google.com) i recieve some exception errors:
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No such host is known
at System.Net.Dns.GetAddrInfo(String name)
at System.Net.Dns.InternalGetHostByName(String hostName, Boolean includeIPv6)
at System.Net.Dns.GetHostEntry(String hostNameOrAddress)
at Connect_Socket(String strAddr, Int32 port)

please help me about this problem!
