printing selected fields of a crystal report on pre-printing stationary

Please tell me how can i print the selected text matter of a crystal report in WINDOWS APPLICATION, on a pre printing stationary
EX:

Address :Andheri (E), Mumbai.

Here in this example , on my pre-printed stationary,the title SWAROOP INDUSTRIES LIMITED,Name :,Address :. is allready printed Now i want to print just "Anup Gadekar" in front of Name :, & Andheri(E), Mumbai. in front of Address. with the help of a DOT Mtrix Printer.
