This is a stumper. - Textbox Accents - ASP.NET

Hi everyone,

I have a problem, I've looked everywhere and this is ridiculous. I have a gridview, that's a label, and when they click edit, it goes to a textbox. It's all very straightforward. I need to be able to add accent support, like if they type Ctrl + ' + e, its an accented e. Let me know what you've got. Thanks!

Evidently Ctrl is a Microsoft Word command. Alt + numpad works great.
