Searching for file folders of a certain size

Hey there my hard disk is almost full and i'v been trying to free up some space
but the thing is my files are allover the place and some of them are hidden so
i wanted to write a program that would search for file/folders between a cretain range eg ">2 giga byte but <2.5 giga byte" and would display the file name and location in a new window so I can recycle the junk
