As you may or may not know, Apple is even more proprietary than Microsoft.
If you want information about connecting an Apple product to Microsoft
Windows, I recommend searching the Apple website for it. My guess is that
you have to download an SDK of some kind, and you may have to register as a
developer, and you may have to pay for that privilege (you do for the iPhone
development capability).
