Objects when maximize don't grow | vb.net 2008

hey,

I want to beable to maximize and restore my project without all of the obejcts sticking to one corner. I have noticed that you can make some objects grow such as my TABcontrol but noting else within this tab controll goes with it.

Any idea?

If you have not already noticed i'm using vb.net 2008
