Lambda Expression Tree

I am using LINQ.I want to dynamically build a lambda expression which would be passed to the where clause of the Query.

i have written the following code:
ParameterExpression param = Expression.Parameter(typeof(typename),"type");
MemberExpression member = Expression.Property(Expression.Constant(param), "Name");

ParameterExpression constant = Expression.Parameter(typeof(string), "Value");

I have to associate a condition for the expression.The expression needs to be a binaryExpression as i have to check if stringValue1==stringValue2.
the .equal method associates onlya single =,due to which the condition fails and i get runtime exception.
What should be done?
