Office 2003 license restrictions

-Is it true that our old Office 2003 can only be loaded on three computers
total?
-Is it possible to buy an extension license for a new computer?

Thanks! Steve

....and this is related to managed C++ programming how, exactly?

I'd suggest going to the Office web site, finding the licensing section, and
reading to discover how to get answers to licensing questions about Office.
