Access VB6 DLL from VB.NET in 64Bit Windows2003

Hi,
I am having a VB6 DLL where some old report creation code.
I need to access those methods from VB.NET web application.
I have configured the VB DLL as a COM+ service and access this service from my VB.NET code.
It is working fine in Windows XP and Windows 2003 Operating Systems.

Now I am moving the VB.NET web application to a new server having Windows Server 2003 R2 74 bit OS.
In this new server the VB.NET web application is not able to access the VB COM+ service.
Any idea to resolve this issue?

Thanks
Saravanan
