#div/0 problem

I need to know how to write a formula so that 2 numbers that are blank & 1
that is filled in will average together without showing the #div/0 error.

Thanks,
Mary Jo

Write a formula in reference to what product? This is a .Net programming
newsgroup. Is this a programming question, and if so, which .Net language?
If it is not a .Net programming question, look for a group with that product
name in the description, and post there.
