Migration assistant with Office addin project

FU2 microsoft.public.dotnet.general

Hello,

I am trying VS 2008 (trial version).
I want to create a MS Project 2003 Add in with .NET 2.0
I can create and save it, but when I want to load again my solution, VS
tells me that the solution was created with an earlier version and
converts it, changing a lot of references.
Is there a way to avoid this behavior ?

PS : I also have VS 2005 Professional edition on the same machine.
