Image Processing: discover square box shapes in scanned picture using C#

I want to discover shapes in the scaned
picture. This picture is a test form which is filled by the Employee
and then I want to find out which answers they gave.
The answer field is a simple squere box (look's like a checkbox).
plz help me for this problem and if anyone have any idea for this
kind of Image Processing plz let me know.
I want to do this using C#.
