w3wp.exe-application error

109 100+
Hi all,

I am keep getting this error on my application server.

I am running win 2003 server with spk2 and IIS 6.0

And the error is:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. w3wp.exe- application error
  2.
  3. The instruction at "0x001f0001" referenced memory at "0x800703e3". The
  4. memory could not be "Read". Click on OK to terminate the program.
  5.
and after this one I get another one saying same thing but instead of "read" it says "write".

Does any one has face similar problem?

Is there any resolution on how to resolve this issue?

Please help because it causes the .Net application to run very slow and user looses their session.

Thank You,
