when export rdlc local report into pdf format it gives different output

i am using rdlc local report.

in two of my reports,they have only one page.
it display perfect in report viewer and in print also.
but when i export into pdf format,it gives 10 pages,with page width breaking

i cannot find whats the problem?
plz help me.
