Find Multiple matches from single line using regular expression

I am new to regular Expressions. I have two different regex to match email & phone no.
I want to match following & split it accordingly.
"Email: m_machhale@gmail.com"
"Phone No: 45786547546"I have a textbox in which i types the values. If i types
these strings on two different lines i woks perfectly. Here it is in textbox1
Email: m_machhale@gmail.com
phone no: 54876969464
After i clicking on next button it split as a
m_machhale@gmail.com
phone no:54876969464

But when i types it on a single line such as
"email: m_machhale@gmail.com phone no: 54876969464" I wont works.
So please anybody can tell me how to do that
