attempted to read or write protected memory

I am using DLLImport to call a function in the dll from my C# code.

This is my declaration:

On the C file, the declaration is :

I am getting an "attempted to read or write protected memory exception". The strange thing is it was working fine before and I started getting this exception when I added an extra parameter (the parameter 't').

Can somebody please give any suggestion what went wrong?
