Transfer Data all forms

this is big proublem how to transfer Data one registration form to at time 40 other registration forms......are u not understanding.....i explain once again

Example :- i have one registration form in this form i have 6 fields



1. Name 2. Mobile No 3. Address 4. city 5. State 6.Country




when i fill those fields in my registration form when click the button data transfer into database and onther 40 registration forms....


Note :- onther 40 registration fields are same but different position
just like


1. Name 2.city 3. state 4. mobile no 5. address 6. country


those text boxs ids & names are different please send the code in asp.net (c#)

Note :- i think it is possible in Javascript pls send in javascript code
