Filling a Form without Knowing any field name by using C#.net.

Hello there is one Form, which is software in which we have to fill value and click submit.The problem is i want to take values from SQL server database and enter into the form automatically while any person insert the data into the database.So which events that are handle on data insertion. and how to enter data in the form ,is any body have any idea please forward it ,Thanks and Regards
