No color in Live Tv MCE 2002

Hi
I use windows xp media center edition 2002 version 5.1 (Build
2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254 : service pack 2)
copyright 1981-2001 microsoft corp

with toshiba notebook qosmio F20.

i dont see any color when i turn on Live TV through media center.
the tv runs in black and white. it also records in B & W. i have recently
installed the 2006 driver for hybrid tuner. nothings changed.
please help.
