How to link an excel cell into a datagrid field

So i am using excel to do a bunch of calculations and whatnot, and i have a few fields that change fairly frequently. instead of having the user manually type in the values into the C# forms application i am building i would much rather have them paste a link from the excel sheet into the datagrid. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!

The user has to manually type them into the excel sheet, so what is the difference?
