ASP.NET technology is used to create dynamic web pages that can be served to multiple computers through web browsers(not just 2).

Why are you trying to connect 2 computers via their IP through ASP.NET?
What exactly are you trying to do?

Actually its a LAN connectivity and i want to connect more computers to the server because i want to use .exe files of other softwares which may be located many other computers.... and i really do not have any idea that how can i do this? plz help me!!!
what kind of coding i had to use or what should be the procedure to do that?
should i use IP address?

So you have two computers on a network and you would like to use exes located on other computers..............but what does software that you are trying to develop do?

NO NO there is a server and lot of computers are connected to that server...
my computer too...
and as in laboratory some instrumnets are connected to that other computers via some software...
and i want to use that software through connect that particular computer.

Now plz tell me how can i do this?

You're going to have to look at what that software has to offer you...

Try using RemoteDesktop or RemoteAssistance, that will allow you to use a remote computer (and the devices attached to it) from another computer elsewhere.
