reinstalling windows xp

Hi,this is whisky i have a problem with my pc.
It appears that (3) items have been removed by accident.
the following items showed as pop-ups.
1.Tcpip,netbt,(715e364-8f65-4ffe-b430-65c629597e64).
Is there a way to reinstall just these (3) item,s.
I have a gateway recovery dvd but it says that if i use it,it will remove
all existing stuff that is hard drive, can i make dvd of all the web sites
that i have on hard drive now.
I thought there was a download of windows xp that i could get fromMSN
so i do not wipe out all of computor history, thank, whisky
