I am Using VB.net2005, Is There any Third Party Grid Commonly used,
is any way to get it...

What are you looking for in a grid?
I mean there are already grids included with .NET
You've got the old DataGrid and the newer DataGridView for windows apps
And for web apps, there is the GridView object.
