data from tcp port

hi

i am using visual studio 2008 beta 2

i have one tcp port in my remote server.

in that port some data is coming from vehicle

how i can retrive data from that tcp port ?

how i will display this data in to my vb application

i am troubling lot

detailed help i am expecting

pls help me soon
