Since you are using MS Access, the folder where the mdb resides doesn't have enough permission for the user who is running the application. Typically its ASPNET_XXXXX. Try to use another username with full rights using impersonation or grant access to the current user.

i think you can just right click and go to properties the security and set the correct user the needed permissions.. I may be wrong though..

Also, Maybe post 5 lines of code or something to give us a little more of and insight into what your doing.

Just tells me your trying to execute some sort of query. Without a bit more information i dont really know what your doing.. However, im used to dealing with SqlCommand rather than oledb... maybe its jsut me who thinks we need more information.

   Actually it is working normal with VWD but it isn't after hosting in my localhost

IS your table content only 2 fields or other fields are autonumber
